I created My Mia Method from my own journey of healing, faith, discipline, and becoming the highest version of myself.

Through family hardships, personal challenges, and seasons that
tested me, I learned that true transformation doesn't start on the
outside… it starts within.

What began as my personal pursuit of healing through faith,
wellness, beauty, mindset, and discipline has now become my
mission.

Today, I help women reconnect with God, build confidence, create
life-giving routines, heal from the inside out, and step into the
woman they were created to become.
